Second Class pupils have started their preparation this week in school for their First Confession which is on the date as in the title.
Parents are asked to help and support their children as they prepare for this sacrament. The pupils will be learning the format for First Confession in school and we ask you to help them practise the format at home and go over the prayers they will be learning in the next few weeks.
Organisation on First Confession Night
- We ask that you be seated in the Church by 7:50 pm.
- The children are asked to wear their school uniform and a warm coat.
- Children will sit with their class.
- Parents will sit behind each class.
The ceremony will last less than an hour.
