The Junior Infants had a wonderful day yesterday when they visited Martry Mill. The Junior Infants, accompanied by their teachers, visited the mill and learned all about the process of making flour and baking bread. The mill, which is powered by the water of the River Blackwater, is located between Navan and Kells and has been run by the Tallon family for five generations. As you will see from the photos, the children had a day to remember and we thank the Tallon family for their kindness to our Junior Infants. We hope you enjoyed the bread they brought home yesterday!
