We marked Science Week in St. Joseph’s Mercy Primary School last week. As you will see from our photos, the children had a wonderful time investigating, predicting, exploring and recording. Classes took part in a wide range of activities from designing and constructing houses to investigating lava lamps, from constructing airplanes and testing their flight to exploring osmosis in plants. Some children made (and tasted) their own butter and other children investigated osmosis through eggshells. It was a great week of teaching and learning science … Well done, everybody!
